Payment and Insurance

Both private pay and insurance options are available.  Private pay and insurance deductibles and copays are due at the time of the session and are payable by cash, check, or credit card.

Accepted Insurance

Dr. Ringham is an approved treatment provider for Highmark Blue Cross/ Blue Shield.  However, as plans vary, please check with your insurance company to confirm that your treatment is covered.

For all other insurances, payment for the session is required at the time of the session.  Dr. Ringham can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company, and you may be able to recoup some of your fees.  Please check with your insurance company to clarify your out-of-network options.       

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Sessions canceled within the 24-hour window of the scheduled appointment will be charged the fee of the session.  Please note, insurance will not reimburse for missed sessions.
